Hiatus

Life has pretty much been moving at light speed. But I've decided to concentrate on piano, softball, and my grades. Pretty pathetic how I don't have a social life outside of school, but thus is junior year.
I thought I knew what I wanted--and that was to be a director/screenwriter. The past year has changed that. I still love film/plays. Directing Julius Caesar for my Konos class in the fall was so natural for me and I loved it. However, as time passes and my ASU music audition approaches, I find the film industry to be lost, shallow, void of any creativity, and a dead-end life. I'm not sure I want to venture into something that is so uncertain. Besides, I can always go to film school later, but, I can't miss out on piano.
There are only 8 more weeks of school!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe how fast everything has gone. Summer is almost here! And by summer I mean, stay in the house and finish my spanish and world history credit. heheh..
BUT. I have a few things planned that I'm super excited about:
KidsGames in San Diego. Volunteering at my aunt's church for VBS. (5th year)
A Christian surf camp in San Diego. (Something I've wanted to do for ages.)
Staying in a houseboat on an AZ lake with multiple relatives. (FUN)
Family reunion in Minnesota.
Wooooooo it's going to be amaazzing.

Eve, I know a girl--a senior--that you should meet. Her name is Lizzie Whitfield. She's going to King's College next year and she's going to study film. She's my FB friend. Look her up and tell her you know me. She's quality. She makes films. You'd dig each other.
