Psalm 121: I Will Lift Up My Eyes --Robert Hobby

I met many incredible church musicians, composers, and clinicians at the Virginia Wesleyan Sacred Music Summer Conference. 

But my absolute favorite was Robert Hobby. 

I was going to go in-depth about his clinic and how inspiring and entertaining he was but I'm just not in a writing mood. I will say, that I have about 10 of his choral works with me (promotional by the publisher) and I CANNOT stop reading this piece.  I play it every time I pass my piano.  The music is constantly in my head. Nothing was on YouTube so I searched until I found the demo on the Augsburg Fortress publishing website. Just. Listen. You'll love it.
