Food is overrated

I like to limit my consumption of animal products to once a day. Ideally, four times a week.
I hate milk anyway and casein (protein in dairy) substantially lowers my immune system.
So does oat.
I'm intolerant to soy.
I might be gluten intolerant too...we will need verification for this.
Honestly. What next because I don't know if I can be a vegan who avoids soy, wheat, barley, spelt, and oat.
It's all getting to be too much.
